This website (“Site”) is owned by The Trail Tribe PTY Ltd. (“The Trail Tribe” / “Company” / “us” / “we”). The Trail Tribe, registered as The Trail Tribe PTY Ltd (Registration number: 2024/641034/07) in the Republic of South Africa, promotes and sells cycling, trail running, and lifestyle apparel, gear, and accessories (collectively referred to as “the Products”).
By browsing, shopping, or otherwise using the Site, you:
- Represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, as well as any policies available on this Site.
- Agree to be bound by these terms, conditions, and policies (collectively referred to as “the Agreement”).

Product Pricing and Availability
All Products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. The Trail Tribe reserves the right to modify prices, product specifications, or discontinue Products on the Site without prior notice and without liability.
Discount Codes
The Trail Tribe reserves the right to suspend or revoke all discount codes during major sale events (e.g., Black Friday). Discount codes obtained previously cannot be applied during these events.
Colours and Display
We strive to represent product colours accurately. However, actual colours may vary based on your screen and device settings. The Trail Tribe is not liable for minor discrepancies in colour.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights on the Site, including trademarks, logos, text, images, and graphics, belong to The Trail Tribe or its licensors. These are protected under South African and international intellectual property laws. The Trail Tribe grants you limited permission to view, electronically copy, and print materials from the Site solely for the purpose of placing an order.
