Return Policy
At The Trail Tribe, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If your item isn’t working out as expected, you can return it for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition—clean, unworn, unwashed, and unused—with all original packaging and labels intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
Returns Process
If you’d like to return or exchange a product, simply reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure the item is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process an exchange or issue store credit, depending on your preference. Exchange or Store Credit
Returns are processed as store credit or exchange. For exchanges, please note that due to limited-edition releases, some items may be unavailable and may not be restocked.
Defective Merchandise
In the rare case you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, based on stock availability and your preference.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective merchandise.
Additional Notes
- Color Variations: Please note that minor color variations may occur due to screen calibration differences.
- Material & Production: Slight irregularities, such as wrinkles, may occur with certain materials.
